The specialty „Architect" provides the following professional knowledge about:

The learning process is organized so that it always starts with introductory knowledge in the field – drawing and modeling, concepts of architectural structures and composition, building physics, materials science and others. Training in the field of composition begins with the principles of abstract composition, to gradually move into the specifics of composition in architectural environments and architectural tasks. This is done through a series of small, intriguing and completely manageable tasks. Only after the smooth transition of this preparation comes the first project for a small building and its urban planning problems. Here we start again with the most famous for students type of building – residential, to pass consistently with the gradual complication of all major types of buildings in their interconnectedness with the principles of real design and real urban planning. The program is designed to allow for the interconnection of different consecutive projects.

How to Apply

1. Изпити по рисуване;
2. Изпит по математика (или ДЗИ по математика от и след 2008 год.)

Чл. 8.(1) Кандидат-студентите полагат следните конкурсни изпити:

1. По математика – с продължителност 3 часа, ако нямат оценка от ДЗИ или искат да я повишат;
2. По рисуване – в две части с продължителност по 3 часа.

Състезателният бал на кандидат-студентите за специалността:

„Архитектура” (архитект) се образува като сума от:

1. Най-високата оценка от ДЗИ по математика (от дипломата за средно образование от и от и след 2008 г.) и оценките от конкурсните изпити по математика при участие в някоя от сесиите;
2. По-високата оценка по рисуване 1 част, получена от сесиите, в които кандидат-студентът е участвал;
3. По-високата оценка по рисуване 2 част, получена от сесиите, в които кандидат-студентът е участвал.

Each applicant may have to submit the following documents:

1. Application to the Rector of VSU
2. Copy of the document for completed secondary education and of the appendix with the grades.
3. A document issued by a competent authority certifying the applicant right to continue his / her education in the higher schools of the country in which his / her secondary education is acquired.
4. Language proficiency document: For the candidates who will study in Bulgarian and will not pass language and specialized training - a document for proficiency in Bulgarian language, issued by a higher school in the Republic of Bulgaria. For candidates who will study in English and will not pass the language and specialized training - a recognized certificate (FCE, SAE, TOEFL, etc.) or high school diploma with enhanced teaching of English.
5. Medical certificate issued within one month before the date of the application and authenticated by relevant medical authority in the country from which the person is applying.
6. Инвалидите от първа и втора група инвалидност, военноинвалидите, кръглите сираци до 25-годишна възраст, навършена в годината на кандидатстването, майките с три и повече деца и близнаците, които кандидатстват във ВСУ, представят документ, удостоверяващ тези обстоятелства.
7. A copy of the page of the international passport on which the name of the candidate in Latin, date and place of birth.
8. Декларация, че кандидат-студентът е запознат с изискванията на чл. 14, ал. 6 и 7 от Правилника за прием на студенти(1) Кандидат-студентите подават лично или чрез друго лице документи по образец в приемната на ВСУ, намираща се в сградата на Ректората, етаж 3, от 800до 1200ч. и от 1230до 1500 часа всеки делничен ден (без събота и неделя),съгласно Календарния график (Приложение No1).(2)

Кандидатстудентски документи могат да се подават и чрез:
– Бюрата на Центъра за кандидатстудентска подготовка и информация и на Национална асоциация за прием на студенти в страната, съгласно графика на бюрата (без условния прием).
– Електронната поща, съгласно Календарния график (Приложение No1).
